Magnet Design Editor
The Magnet Design Editor allows you to create custom magnet designs for your events. Use drag-and-drop tools to add elements like text, stickers, and custom frame shapes. You can also apply gradient backgrounds and define checkerboard photo areas.
How to
- Go to your Dashboard. Click 'Create New Event' or open an existing event.
- Select a design to open it in the editor.
- Use the toolbar to add images, text, shapes, and stickers.
- Drag and drop elements directly onto the canvas to position them.
- Manage element order, lock, or hide layers using the panel on the right.
- Click 'Save' to store your changes, or 'Finalize' to mark the design as complete.
- Download your finished design as a PNG file using the download button.
Common questions
Can I upload my own images or logos to use in a design?
Yes, you can upload your own images or logos using the image tool in the editor's toolbar. These will then be available to drag and drop onto your design.
What file format does the Magnet Design Editor support for downloading my final design?
You can download your final design as a PNG file. This format ensures high quality and transparency where applicable.
How do I reorder elements that are overlapping on my design?
Use the layer panel located on the right side of the editor. You can drag layers up or down to adjust their stacking order, bringing elements to the front or sending them to the back.
Troubleshooting
I cannot select or move an element on my design.
Check the layer panel on the right. The element might be locked or hidden. Unlock it by clicking the lock icon next to its layer, or unhide it by clicking the eye icon.
My design changes are not saving.
Ensure you are clicking the 'Save' button periodically. If the issue persists, check your internet connection. A stable connection is required to save changes to the MagnetFrame server.
